Robert C. Goldtrap, D.D.S., F.A.G.D.

Dr. Robert C. Goldtrap (Chris) was born and raised in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Dr. Goldtrap graduated from Southside High School . He obtained his BSBA in Marketing Research from Arkansas Tech University in 1992. He graduated from University of Tennessee School of Dentistry in 1997.

He attended post graduate work in a General Practice Residency program that was hospital based at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda Md. Dr. Goldtrap Served 3 years on active duty in the Navy from 1997 until his Honorable Discharge in 2000 when he moved back to Fort Smith. He has keep his military support by serving as the dentist for the 188th Air National Guard Unit located in Fort Smith.

Dr. Goldtrap is an Associate Fellow in American Academy of Implant Dentistry and a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry. He is an active member of the American Orthodontic Society. Dr. Goldtrap goes over and above with Continuing Education requirements by completing over 800 hrs in the last two years verses the 50 hrs required by the state.

Ward W. Clemmons, D.D.S., P.A.

A native of Fort Smith, grew up in a large family and received his DDS Degree from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 1986. He has practiced in Fort Smith for over 20 years performing all phases of general dentistry but has a special passion for implant dentistry.

Dr. Clemmons spends countless hours each year in continuing education pursuing updated techniques and materials he can offer to his patients. He has an associate fellowship in the Academy of Implant Dentistry, the oldest professional organization in the world dedicated to implant dentistry. He also has a fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Clemmons is a member of numerous organizations including the ADA, AGD and FSDA. He and his wife Marie of 18 years have two children, Sebastian and Christian.

Sandy Fischer
Registered Dental Assistant

Sandy is also certified in I-Cat Cone Beam 3D Dental Imaging System. She finds dentistry just as rewarding, challenging and exciting today as it was over 14 years ago when she first began her career in this field. She is married with two daughters who attend the University of Arkansas, Fort Smith.

Idella Hiatt
Registered Dental Assistant

Idella is the clinic coordinator and also assists the office manager in the front office. Her genuine care for people has resulted in 30+ years in the field of dentistry. Outside the office she enjoys time with her family.

Heather Moseley

Heather is a Registered Dental Assistant with 2 young boys. She enjoys spending time with famiy and friends, gardening and exercising.

A Fort Smith Native and a 21 year veteran as a Registered Dental Assistant, Amy and her husband have one child. The things that she values most is her faith, family, honesty, dogs and chocolate.

Sheila Williams
Registered Expanded Duty Dental Assistant

Sheila has 23 years experience with 10 of those being in orthodontics, and still loves what she does.
She has worked with Dr. Chris Goldtrap for the past 6 years and is certified in I-Cat Cone Beam 3D
Dental Imaging System. Sheila is a native of Fort Smith and has a 15 year old daughter.

A graduate of UAFS, Dental Hygiene Program, Cara enjoys spending time with her family, friends, reading, traveling and the great outdoors.

Cindy has 25 years experience as a Dental Hygenist. She loves being a part of making patients smile.
She has 2 children and enjoys hiking and home improvements that involve her love of power tools.

Chelsea is a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas Dental Hygiene Program. She loves spending time with her friends and family, going to the lake and calling the Hogs!

with a 21-year-old daughter that attends the University of Central Arkansas.
